So, what's a deviant do when.........?

Tue Mar 31, 2009, 6:07 PM
When they wind up in the hospital and they don't know when they're getting out at the moment? Very easy, if they are in school and they have homework, they fire up their laptop and in the words of Larry the Cableguy: "Git er done!!!!!!!!" That's where I am at the moment, and I don't know when I'm getting the hell out of here.

I developed a Staph infection in my right leg four months ago, and I was treating it myself thinking it would go away like the others did. However, this one is proving to be somewhat more resilient, because it went into the bone via some hardware from previous surgeries.

Another thing a deviant does in this situation is they work in PhotoShop, or they post whatever they've already done to Deviant Art.

  • Mood: Nervous
  • Listening to: Robert Tree Cody Radio on Pandora
  • Reading: Nothing right now.
  • Watching: Nothing right now.
  • Playing: Nothing right at the moment.

I am currently a student at Butte College in Oroville, CA and will be completing the Computer Applications degree in the spring of 2010. I am also going to start the course of study, for the multimedia studies degree. Right now I am an independent contractor as a graphic artist, so any commissions would be highly appreciated.

I also have been very happily married for almost two years, and we have a five year old daughter. Currently, my wife and daughter are in Nigeria but I hope to have them in this country very soon. Our daughter is my wife's daughter by another relationship, but I consider her my daughter.

I currently live on a forty acre ranch not too far outside Oroville, CA where I live. I live there for room and board, and I do as much as I can on the ranch as the injury to my right leg allows.

That's a good aircraft, I've flown that one in the simulator and I love the way she handles. My dad is a pilot, and the last time I was up with him he was flying a Piper Warrior, and that one handles pretty good too.

I've flown as a passenger and as a crew chief in Hueys during my time in the Army, and Hueys ride pretty good. The Kiowa for as small as it is rides pretty good too, and I'm just a little leary of the Blackhawk, unless they've done any Modification Work Orders on those birds recently. There was a kid that was a Blackhawk crew chief when I was stationed at Ft. Sam Houston, and he said something about the Blackhawk's tailboom vibrating slightly.
